Mizuno Wave Daichi 8 Women's Trail Shoe is for all trail runners regardless of physique, running distance, or surface type. With MIZUNO ENERZY FOAM through the midsole for cushioning and great energy return and MIZUNO FORM WAVE for stability without losing cushioning. It also features a wave structure with EVA at two levels of hardness, enhances stability without sacrificing cushioning and a shock-dispersing EVA PLATE at the forefoot to provide shock absorption against rocks. Vibram Megagrip provides outstanding grip, especially on wet and uneven surfaces.

SIZING ADVICE


It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.
