The internal midfoot structure resists excessive twisting, protecting the arch area, running shoe size chart.

The adidas Adistar Women's Running Shoe is designed for longer distances. Tested over 4500km, it combines a soft, lightweight REPETITOR foam platform with REPETITOR , a firmer foam, that together create a dual density midsole. The EVA in the heel is made from 15% recycled materials and built to protect and help stabilise the heel strike. With an overall 6mm drop, the forefoot has rocker geometry that triggers forward momentum, pushing you into your next step and an integrated cage system secures the midfoot for added support.

It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.




Running shoe sizes can vary slightly from brand to brand but we generally advise wearing at least half a size bigger than your regular shoe size.
